Daylong meditation retreat for all those who self-identify as People of Color. Day will include guidance in sitting, walking and eating meditation in the insight/mindfulness tradition. There will be Dharma talks, movement, and opportunities for group sharing. Open to all levels of meditation experience with a special invitation to beginners. The Dharma Punx at Against the Stream (ATS) Buddhist Meditation Society LA have daylong retreats, class series workshops, almost daily refuge recovery meetings around town, and lots of cool programs. No registration, but please RSVP in advance to let us keep a count.
