What we’re about
Welcome to our group for expats in A Coruña! Whether you're a newbie or have been living here for a while, we've got your back.
As expats, we know that life abroad can be tough without a crew of like-minded people to help you navigate the ups and downs; also, we know what morriña means without a dictionary – we all feel it.
We're all about having fun, making friends, and exploring everything this beautiful city has to offer – from tapas joints to hidden gems and everything in between. And if you're looking to practice your Spanish (or any other language), we've got plenty of language enthusiasts who would love to chat with you!
So don't be shy – come join our crew and let's create some awesome memories in A Coruña together. We promise we won't bite – unless you're holding some particularly tasty pinchos ;)
P.S. We're also open to ideas and suggestions - if you want to organize an event, reach out to us and let's make it happen together!

- Spanglish Afterwork | @RedRumRedRum Coruña, A Coruña
Ready for a new Spanglish Afterwork? Join us this Thursday at RedRum, a popular bar in the iconic square José Sellier Loup of A Coruña. Let’s explore the place and have an amazing evening, as we always do!
What is Spanglish Afterwork?
Imagine walking into a bar filled with people from all over the world and starting a conversation with any of them. Sounds strange and maybe a bit creepy? Well, not at our Spanglish Afterwork. Here everyone is a friend you haven’t met yet. You just come and say ‘Hola!’, and let the conversation flow :)
The event is designed to bring together expats and locals. We come together every second Thursday in a different bar across the city, allowing us to discover A Coruña's bar scene. We enjoy a couple (or more!) drinks and simply unwind after a long day of work.
Whether you're an expat looking to make new connections or a local eager to broaden your horizons, we welcome you to our dynamic and friendly community. Join us and let's make Thursdays the new Fridays!
