Come out and enjoy the beautiful fall weather and foliage with us as we embark on a guided mindfulness walk to Burke Lake! We will appreciate all that nature has to offer, reflect on our inner selves, and share our thoughts on various prompts throughout the event.

We will partner up in small groups and rotate throughout the walk so that everyone will get a chance to connect with each other.

  • Wear comfortable shoes and layered clothing, as it will be chilly in the morning.
  • Don’t forget to bring water.
