Meet Awamori, Japan’s oldest distilled liquor known to withstand 600 years of tradition and Okinawan craftsmanship 🥃
Crafted from a mix of black koji mold and Thai rice, the unique combination has proven its resilience to bacterial corrosion while delivering a sweet and rich flavor.
Beyond three years of aging, Awamori earns the distinguished title of "kusu", gracing the palate with a deeper, more nuanced, and mellower flavor with a delicate vanilla-like aroma. Notably, Awamori is the only liquor that continues to mature post-bottling.

*The first four Awamori varieties (straight, on the rocks, and soda) and finger foods will be available for free tasting, while cocktails will be offered at half the regular price.
Meet Zanpa (aged 12 and 24 years)
- Aged 12 years: Produced within Okinawa’s lush green and coastal sea breeze, every pour delivers interwoven nuances of new grass, fresh citrus, and minerals.
- Aged 24 years: Aged to perfection every pour provides a blend of nutty and bittersweet flavors intertwined with a scent of spicy pepper.
Meet Uminokuni (aged 10 and 24 years)
- Aged 10 years: An award-winning spirit internationally celebrated for its elegant aroma and flavor. Enjoy rich flavors and sweet caramel aromas.
- Aged 24 years: A premium liquor with only a few hundred bottles produced annually. Enjoy an exquisite sweetness with notes of vanilla, caramel, and dried fruit.
