Route 1: 11-mile ride (A Snail's Pace Running Shop along Aliso Creek Bikeway to Los Alisos Boulevard and return)
Route 2: 1-mile run/walk (A Snail's Pace Running Shop to Aliso Creek Trail and return)
Route 3: 3-mile run/walk (A Snail's Pace Running Shop to Aliso Creek Trail and return)

Adidas & Mizuno will have running shoes to demo on your run.
