If you are someone who would like to simplify life with mindfulness and emotional intelligence, this group is for you!
We conduct experiential sessions to learn how to live life in a meaningful, joyful and self-aware way.
To be accepted in this group as a member, you must have a valid profile picture on your display. It is warmer and more real that way.
About the facilitator:
Charnita is a life coach from India, who now lives in Sweden. She is passionate about making our world emotionally safer, warmer and wiser with the help of mindfulness circles offered with home-made cardamom chai.
Charnita is a mom of a preemie baby named Neil and wife to a sustainability researcher. Before becoming a mom, she had many labels on her as a teacher, mindfulness author, a TEDx Speaker, and the founder of an experimental classroom called Perfect Life Spot.
Now, she is taking it slower and deeper, as she transitions into her new roles in life. Her tool kit contains Mindfulness, Emotional Intelligence and Non-Violent Communication. When she has time and space, she coaches a few motivated clients to have a joyful and fulfilling life.
Her own training comes from having attended courses with HH Dalai Lama and Vietnamese Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh.
