Inclusive Research: The Investment You Can’t Afford to Miss

About This Meetup:
Disabled users aren't an edge case, they're the stress test that makes your product better for everyone. This talk will lay out a scalable methodology for centering disabled users in your research process and helps you make the business case for doing it. We’ll look at what you risk by skipping inclusive research, and what you stand to gain by making it a core part of how you build. Inclusive research isn’t just the right thing to do, it’s a roadmap for building better products and a smarter investment in your organization’s success.

Note: The name of the building is "160 Spear St" but the entrance on Spear Street will be locked after hours and guest should not use it. Enter on the Main Street side of the building instead and use the address "163 Main St" in google maps.
