Attending in person? If so, please do these two things to ensure you can get in:
- Please let us know your legal first and last name (it should match your official ID). You can put it in the comments or DM the hosts.
- Please bring proof of vaccination.
Automated captions are cool but often inaccurate. We decided to design a series of experiments to compare specific short scripts of spoken audio. We used a variety of speakers for each test case.
Our presentation will share real data and lessons learned from a variety of artificial intelligence (AI) platforms to determine which one provides the most accurate results. We will also highlight the latest tools available from a variety of AI technologies working in this space.
Attendees will learn about:
- Test cases for captioning
- Different captioning AIs used in testing
- SRT vs. VTT caption files
- Exporting captions
- The quality of the displayed captions
And there will be time for your questions.
We're meeting in Asana. This event will be online and in-person.
