Virtual Reality User Study with Children and Seniors in a VR Experience

Equal Entry collaborated with VRTogether and Azalee Group to test the virtual reality environment with kids and seniors. To tackle loneliness and encourage inter-generational interaction, VRTogether has developed a VR game. Azalee Group runs a nursery school and a senior home. Kenji Yanagawa led the user testing of the VRTogether app with kids and seniors. He will share what happened during the testing and the results.

Presenter bio
Kenji Yanagawa is an accessibility consultant based in Kyoto, Japan. He works at Equal Entry to ensure that websites are accessible to people with disabilities. He's also the business manager of Equal Entry's operations in Japan. is fascinated by emerging VR technologies and how they can be accessible.
