Welcome to the A2CT Theatre Arts Lab.

We offer a fun and interactive theatre arts club sponsored by the Ann Arbor Civic Theatre! Whether you are a seasoned actor looking to hone your craft or a beginner interested in learning the basics of theatre acting, this club is perfect for you. We're building a theatre community. Come join us.

The goal is to get to know one another through acting exercises, improvisation, and scene work. As the group develops, we'll explore monologues and short scenes while discovering each member's strengths and interests. The eventual goal is to delve into monologues, scenes, and perhaps a play produced from within the group. The goal is to create a relaxed developmental space to work on acting and other theatre arts skills that might be of interest.

Note: A2CT is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. Physical and emotional safety is paramount, and acting in this workshop will focus on non-romantic work and scenarios.
