Free Capoeira class every first Tuesday

• 6pm free Capoeira class in an expansive, sunlit dance studio in the heart of the Mission. Show up 15 minutes early to sign-in
• 7:30 Class ends
• Tacos in the Mission! We'll pick a local favorite to share.

What to bring

• Comfortable workout clothes for mobility and sweating: tank tops, t-shirts, gym shorts, leggings
• No shoes, bare feet for the workout
• Water, hand-towel
• Enthusiasm to meet new friends and challenge yourself mentally and physically
