Ascend Bro Hikes is a community of Black men who come together on the trails to grow stronger—in body, mind, and brotherhood. We believe the outdoors is one of the most powerful places to reconnect with yourself and build real bonds with men who get it.
Since launching in 2025, we’ve grown into one of Atlanta’s most active men’s wellness communities, with members who keep coming back for the trails, the stillness, and the brotherhood.

• Monthly hikes in and around Atlanta, welcoming every level—from your first trail to your next summit.
• Yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness in nature to restore the body and quiet the mind.
• Genuine connection through networking, mentorship, and brotherhood that lasts well past the trailhead.

Outdoorsmen, professionals, creatives, and seekers—Black men who’ve found that the trail has a way of clearing whatever the week piled on. This is a space for men who want more peace, more growth, and more real connection.
