(Intermediate/Hard) Domingo Baca Trail/TWA Crash Site

Join us for an excursion to the TWA Crash Site on Domingo Baca Trail! Per AllTrails, this challenging hike can be completed in 4.5 - 5 hours, with an elevation gain of 2,444 ft and a distance of 7.3 miles.

-Meet at the Albertsons on Tramway and Academy to carpool at 7:45am. We will then head over to the Elena Gallegos Open Space to begin the hike around 8am. There is a $2 parking fee there, so be sure to split that with your car driver. If you'd prefer to meet us at the trailhead, be aware of the parking fee and let me know that you'll be meeting us there. I can take 4 people in my car. Please consider volunteering to drive! Gas and fee money will be arranged. If you will be late, please send me a message.

-Since this will be a longer hike, be sure to bring plenty of water and lunch/snacks.
