(Hard) Rincon Highpoint via Piedra Lisa

Details
Join me for this hike up Rincon Highpoint a rocky knob hill overlooking the city. This is one of many local +300ft prominence hills around the valley.
***
🔹 Trail Overview:
Starts out at the Piedra-Lisa South Trailhead and goes up the north for about 2 miles to the ridge then turns west for the walk + scramble up the hill. It is an Out-n-Back trail. Total it is around 6 miles round-trip with about ~1800 ft of gain.
Reports state that scramble to the top is steep and has loose soil/gravel along the way. Come prepared with proper footwear.
The parking lot at the trailhead is small, so we can adjust for parking at La Luz parking area and carpool to piedra lisa trailhead.

🕒 Pace & Expectations:
We’ll start at 8:00 AM to make sure we have daylight buffer, aiming to finish around 12:00 PM (~4ish hours). This is more exploratory than exercise thus pace will be slower.
