ABQ Solo Women’s Travel Club

Welcome to the ABQ Solo Women’s Travel Meetup!

The purpose of this group is to meet other women who want to share travel experiences and plan travel with other members with similar travel interests, travel styles and travel budgets. Members actively participate in planning travel with others in the group. (We don't organize group travel or tours like a tour operator would.) Our members enjoy all types of travel from day trips to weeks long trip outside of the US, from camping to resorts, from active travel to leisure travel, and everything in between!

Right now we hold monthly meetings on the 2nd Saturday morning of each month. Each meeting is listed as an Event on this page. Please RSVP. We discuss travel topics and upcoming travel members have planned. Members can also announce travel they want to do to find others who may want to join them. There is usually the opportunity to head to lunch after the meeting at a nearby restaurant.

We also plan get-togethers around Albuquerque to get to know others in the group, socialize and have fun!

We welcome women who enjoy travel and like to participate in planning travel with others. Whether you are someone who likes to travel with a group, or likes to travel on your own, but within a loose group framework, we welcome you to join!

Note on annual dues: Our group does charge a $5 annual membership fee to offset the costs incurred by the meeting organizer's Meetup subscription fee. After signing up, you'll have 2 months to decide if you want to stay with the group. Meetup will automatically send you information at the end of your trial period on how to electronically make your payment and deadline to pay it, if you want to stay in the group. Those who don't pay the fee by the deadline are removed from the group automatically by Meetup. If you miss the chance to pay and want to join, just click the Join button again and it will prompt you to pay the dues.
