Join us for an evening inspired by the Palestinian tradition of gathering around a single table, where food is eaten with your hands.
Hosted by Palestinian chef Essra Abed, whose intimate supper clubs have become known for getting full repeatedly, this special edition brings her communal dining experience to Absent.

We´ll sit together on the floor, share traditional dishes from large platters, and discover the stories behind the ingredients, recipes and rituals through a series of short films and conversations throughout the evening.
