¡Hola! 👋 I'm Ricardo from Lima, Peru 🇵🇪.
Welcome to our community for anyone who wants to practice and improve their Spanish in a relaxed, friendly environment.

Whether you're a complete beginner, brushing up on rusty skills, or already fluent and just want to keep the language alive, you're welcome here. 🌎 Sessions are facilitated by me and a small team of volunteers who love the language and enjoy helping others learn.

What to expect:

😊 A welcoming, no-pressure atmosphere - mistakes are part of learning
☕ In-person meetups in public spaces, cafés or restaurants
🙌 Facilitated guidance, not formal classes

📍 A note on locations: In-person meetups take place around the Masdar City Center area. The exact venue is shared in our WhatsApp group once we reach the minimum number of confirmed attendees, so we can pick a spot that works for everyone and keep the group well-coordinated. Joining the group after RSVPing is the easiest way to stay in the loop.

🗓️ Can't make it to our next event? Join anyway! We regularly run polls to find the day and time that works best for most members, so your input helps shape future meetups.

☕ Good to know: The event itself is completely free. For in-person meetups, we kindly ask attendees to order at least one drink to support the café or restaurant hosting us — it keeps us welcome and makes future meetups possible.
This is a volunteer-run, non-profit community. We're here for the love of the language and the people who speak it.
