What we’re about

Our goal is to provide a supportive and accessible group for improved health through calisthenics: from push-ups to handstands, levers and a variety of other bodyweight exercises. Additionally, we will learn supporting exercises including mobility, joint preparation, and kettlebell movements.

People from all backgrounds are welcome to join, and there is no pressure to perform any specific exercise. Beginners are encouraged; no experience is required! In-person classes are currently offered in the Charlotte, NC area, but we also have virtual classes and everyone is welcome to join the group regardless of location.
