What makes a good tech interview? This is an open discussion workshop for all involved, interviewer, interviewee, hiring manager, etc.
We will explore topics around:

• What the question/answers actually reveal about interviewer/interviewee.
• How to recover from a bad question/response.
• Hiring for filling a gap current skill set.
