About the Session
In my role as an Agile Coach and Engineering Manager at Maersk.com, I’ve integrated innovative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, CoPilot or Dall-e to enhance coaching, workshops, and retrospectives. Using custom images in retrospectives adds a fun and relatable layer, helping the team to reflect more deeply on past events and encouraging richer discussions. This talk will explore how these tools support team-building, foster a more open and engaged culture, and address complex team dynamics—even managing occasional tensions with a constructive approach. I’ll share both successes and challenges in balancing traditional agile practices with AI support, offering attendees actionable insights to improve their team interactions and bring fresh energy to retrospectives.
