Go-To-Market Execs and the Language of Money with Rich Mironov

Details
Please note there will be a mingle exercise at 18:15 and the talk starts at 18:30 BST.
About the Session
As a long-time product management leader, I observe that my go-to-market peers are generally not (at all) interested in discussions of development processes, agile, technical debt, architecture, testing approaches, or much of what we discuss among engineering/product/design. This poses is a major challenge for CPOs, CTOs, design leaders, and (by implication) agile coaches.
How do we learn the language of money, and how can we apply that to do/build the right things? How do we 'sell' good work and good processes?"
