Outdoor Social Meetup (Berkeley)

Drop-in social meetups usually occur around the third weekend of the month from 1-3 pm and rotate between San Francisco, South Bay, and East Bay. Aces and allies are all welcome to attend, for good conversation, snacks, and occasional games.

Masks are optional since this is an outdoor event. It may be chilly, however, so dress warmly and check the weather report.

We will be meeting at the west crescent lawn, on the westernmost edge of the UC Berkeley campus and just a block from the downtown Berkeley BART station. Seating will be picnic blanket style on the grass - consider bringing your own blanket/towel/camp chairs as desired.

There is no food for sale on site, but there are several cafes and restaurants nearby if you'd like to grab something on your way in.

In the case of rain:
In the event of rain, we tentatively plan to meet at Cornerstone Craft Beer and Live Music, which is located a couple blocks south on Shattuck Ave. Despite the name, cornerstone is all ages and does not have live music on during the early afternoons when we meet. We will aim to make the final call on weather the night before, so if the weather is looking wet, make sure to check the meetup listing for updates.
