This is a 6-week online interpersonal mindfulness course to help you slow down, reconnect, and bring more presence into your day-to-day life and relationships.
Over the six weeks, we’ll focus on three key areas:
- 🧘 Reducing stress – Learn to step out of mental busyness and reconnect with the body, finding more calm and stillness.
- 🌊 Navigating emotions – Develop the ability to hold difficult emotions with space and clarity, rather than being swept up in reactivity.
- 🤝 Deepening relationships – Drop beneath the noise of the mind and connect from a place of authenticity, curiosity, and openness.
This course is practical and experiential. Each session includes brief teaching, guided meditations, and interactive exercises, with a particular focus on partner and group practices. You’ll also get prompts for simple mindfulness-based reflections and actions between sessions so you can apply what you learn in your day-to-day life and relationships.
Dates: Every Wednesday, June 18th - July 30th
Times: 7:15 - 8:15pm

Duration: 6 weekly sessions, 60 minutes each
