We move. We shake. We soften. We free ourselves - together.

Drawing from meditation, yoga, dance and free movement, this is a somatic practice - meaning we follow what's actually alive in the body, not how a pose or movement is supposed to look, giving what's stored in your body a chance to move through and free yourself.

Every session opens with a new theme, and follows by supported guidelines and containers.
Held in a trauma-informed, FLINTA*-only container where all parts of you are welcomed.

Afterwards, we gather for a light breakfast together - to land, connect and simply be with people who get it. People like us.
You are not alone.

Hosted by Mimmi - somatic & trauma-informed yoga teacher, coach and queer/FLINTA* retreat host, who found this work most alive when brought back to her own community.

This event is for FLINTA *people - Female, Lesbian, Intersex, Non-binary, Trans, Agender, and anyone who identifies with these communities. Please respect the intention of the space 💛
