• 16h - 18h: Dance Lifts & Standing Acro (no pre-reqs)
• 18h - 18.30h: Break to refuel
• 18.30h - 20.30h: Acroyoga Flow (pre-req: stable Ninja Star)
• 20.30h - 21h: Jam
• Drinks/food after!

Karel & Lidiya have both been teaching for over the last 10 years in weekly classes, national and international events. They share their passion for smooth movements and soft flows with a dancy twist in L base and standing. With their sharp eyes and warm heart you can expect technical details and fun explorations.

Disfrutan compartiendo su amor por las transiciones fluidas y los flows suaves, en L-base y en acro de pie.
