Acro Yoga Life

*** There are a few AcroYogis that goto to the Drum Circle in downtown Delray Beach Wednesdays from 7-10pm. In the open field by Old School Square. Not official classes, but ways to meet others. (Not put on by this group).

Move, Connect, Play! Join a group of fun people who like to play, connect, communicate and get strong! Acro Yoga is a partner based practice that infuses elements of Yoga, Acrobatics, and Thai Massage. Support your peers as you lift them to new heights! Develop trust in your peers and your self! Communicate in a compassionate and direct manner!

The practice of AcroYoga builds open and connected communities for people to have new experiences while developing physically, mentally, and emotionally.

This is a great practice for all types of athletes to develop sensitive strength and flexibility.

Even if you are not a member of the group you are welcome to show up for classes at the location listed.
