About us
Action Ski and Snowboard Club is an active social group of age 30+ singles and couples who live, work and play in and around San Diego, California. We ski, snowboard and cross-country ski at Mammoth and flyaway destinations in the US and abroad. We are much more than just a ski club as we enjoy off-the-slopes activities throughout the year. We hike, camp, happy hour, bicycle, dance, participate in local charity activities, do wine tasting trips and whatever else strikes our fancy.
You don't have to ski to have fun with Action! Joining us at a meeting or a happy hour is the best way to find out what Action Ski and Snowboard Club is all about. Going on our ski trips and activities is the best way to get acquainted with other Action members. You can count on us to put a *spark* into your week or weekend!

Note: Ski Trip Sign-ups start in September annually, so be sure to sign-up for your trips while space availability is greatest.
Membership is required [$40 per year] to attend ski trips, while non ski trip events are open to anyone. You can become a member here: Become an Action Member

Pickleball Action
Pacific Beach Tennis Club, 2639 Grand Ave, San Diego, CA, USSpend late morning with other Action Pickleheads to hone your dinking skills as all skill levels are welcomed, just bring your paddles (optional: beverages & snacks) for some dinking Action! Action is not providing snacks or beverages for this event.

Register Here: Calendar - Action Ski & Snowboard ClubQuit dinking around and come join Action Ski and Snowboard Club for some fearless fun on Saturday morning, May 30th. We have reserved 3 to 4 pickleball courts [Court #8] in PB for play followed by optional happy hour. Games will start at 10AM-noon. Arrive at the courts 15 minutes earlier for a timely start. Cost is $10.00 per person, non-refundable, we will limit sign-ups to only 20 players for this event. Both Action Ski Club members and non-members are eligible to attend. Hurry to sign up as these monthly events will fill up quickly based on last year’s huge success.

Looking for great ski trips without the hassle of planning? Or a fun social club with legendary trips and even better people?Action Ski Club invites you to join us at our June General Meetings & Happy Hours at Arterra in Del Mar for our Annual Membership Drive.
Bring a friend who loves to ski or doesn’t ski at all. We are a fun group that organizes ski and non-ski events throughout the year. If your guest joins Action, you both enjoy a drink on us with a $10 drink coupon. Heard about Action on your own? Stop by and enjoy the same welcome.
New members who join at the Membership Drive will also receive a free raffle ticket for a special giveaway.
Membership unlocks access to Action‑hosted ski trips and exclusive social events—like our complimentary, Members‑Only End‑of‑Year Party on July 18, 2026. A thank you for being a member. Also, Members get first dibs for Ski trip sign‑ups, at our annual summer picnic. Remaining spots open online afterward.
