About us
Action Ski and Snowboard Club is an active social group of age 30+ singles and couples who live, work and play in and around San Diego, California. We ski, snowboard and cross-country ski at Mammoth and flyaway destinations in the US and abroad. We are much more than just a ski club as we enjoy off-the-slopes activities throughout the year. We hike, camp, happy hour, bicycle, dance, participate in local charity activities, do wine tasting trips and whatever else strikes our fancy.
You don't have to ski to have fun with Action! Joining us at a meeting or a happy hour is the best way to find out what Action Ski and Snowboard Club is all about. Going on our ski trips and activities is the best way to get acquainted with other Action members. You can count on us to put a *spark* into your week or weekend!

Note: Ski Trip Sign-ups start in September annually, so be sure to sign-up for your trips while space availability is greatest.
Membership is required [$40 per year] to attend ski trips, while non ski trip events are open to anyone. You can become a member here: Become an Action Member

- March 21 – 27: Telluride (Epic Pass, Action to provide discounted lift tickets)
- April: Potential (Boutique) trip to Palisades* or Frisco*

Action Camping in Laguna Mountains
Mt Laguna. El Prado campground, Sunrise Highway, just past MM 26, San Diego, CA, USThe campground is located 50 miles east of San Diego, California.
Take I-8 to the Sunrise Highway (State Route S1) exit. Go approximately 15 miles north to Laguna/El Prado Campground exit, just beyond the 26 mile marker, and turn left. Just past the entry fee station go to the right to El Prado Group Campground. BIG SAGE is the first campsite on the left with the parking lot at the entrance to the campsite.BIG SAGE GROUP CAMPSITE - TENT ONLY
$70 per person includes camping fee, meals, some beverages (Friday dinner, Saturday morning full breakfast, Saturday lunch and dinner, Sunday continental breakfast) +parking**
Such a deal!!The campground sits at an elevation of 5,600 feet, forested with pines and oaks with plenty of shade. TENT ONLY – no RV’s. Mostly flat, shaded tent sites. Water and vault toilet at site. Showers available next door at Laguna Campground.
