This 6-week course has been developed by Action for Happiness, drawing on the wisdom of experts across many fields to cover the practical habits of living a happier life and spreading happiness to others.

Week 3: Relationships, Wednesday, November 26, 2025 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Week 4: Resilience, Wednesday, December 3, 2025 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Week 5: Kindness, Wednesday, December 10, 2025 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Week 6: Meaning, Wednesday, December 17, 2025 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM

All timings are local time for the course location.
The course is run by local volunteers and is offered on a donation basis—so please feel free to give whatever you can afford. Most people choose the suggested donation, but any amount is welcome, and no one is ever turned away for lack of funds.
