Special Event for International Day of Happiness

**Note this event will start 15 minutes earlier than our normal New Road events**

This will be a chance for the AFH Brighton community to get-together in-person to watch an online event as part of celebrations for the International Day of Happiness. After watching, we will dive into friendly, supportive discussions about how we can implement these ideas in our own lives and to support our community.

The online event includes world experts in happiness and connection are meeting for includes Prof Jonathan Haidt, Prof Jan-Emmanuel De Neve and
Dr Mark Williamson.
