Happy Cafe at the Sea Horse, Kings Road, BN1 2LN

(This is a face to face event with no online option.).

We now meet at The Seahorse on the sea front (this used to be called the Brighton Beach Club). The Seahorse has now been completely renovated.

The Happy Cafe is a way to find out more about scientifically based happiness techniques in a relaxed atmosphere.

The Happy Cafe focuses on changing how you feel by playing games that subtly make you think in a happier way. It is hoped that you feel better when you leave the Sea Horse than when you arrived!

We very much look forward to seeing you all. The event starts at 5 pm but we will just chat until 5.15.pm when the games will start.

How to find us:
Coming from Waitrose go down the hill to the sea. Turn left. Cross the road and the Seahorse is on the sea front just before the upside down house.
