Women Walking Community - Purkersdorf to Pressbaum

Ladies, join us for a longer hike through the beautiful Wienerwald, from Purkersdorf to Pressbaum, and enjoy some active time outdoors together in a friendly atmosphere.

📍 Meeting point: Train station Purkersdorf Zentrum (reachable via S50)
⏱️ Duration: around 4–5 hours
🔀 Shorter option available: we can end earlier at Untertullnerbach train station, around 3–3.5 hours
📏 Length: around 18–20 km (shorter version: 12–14 km)
🌲 Route: Purkersdorf → Troppberg, with a stop at Mirli for coffee, juice, or tea
⛰️ Ascent: around 550 m
💚 Difficulty: Moderate, but long

We will enjoy a normal walk through the forest, with a good stretch of climbing along the way. The route is suitable for people who enjoy walking at a relaxed but active pace and don't mind a longer day out — a shorter version is available for anyone who'd rather turn back sooner.

What to bring:

- Sun protection
- Umbrella or rain protection if needed
- Some money if you would like to buy coffee, juice, or tea at Mirli

ℹ️ Please note: There are no WC facilities at the start or end point. Toilets are only available at stops like Mirli, or at huts/hotels along the way.
