Free Concert with YONA and ESO

Join us for a free concert with YONA (Youth Orchestra of Northern Alberta) and the ESO (Edmonton Symphony Orchestra) !!

This year’s fundraiser will be on June 2nd at the Winspear Centre**. We hope you can join us in celebrating our students, and helping to raise the funds needed to keep YONA running.**

You’ll see YONA students take the stage and share what they’ve been working on, including a joyful performance of the K-pop hit Golden. This year’s event also marks a special first as YONA’s new Artistic Director, Shah Sadikov, will be conducting Road to Joy for the very first time. A highlight of the night for many will be when members of the ESO take to the stage to perform alongside our students. It’s always a powerful reminder of how much students grow when they are given the chance to learn, belong, and perform.

While tickets are free, guests will be encouraged to make a donation in support of YONA during the concert to help keep this program strong, growing, and free for families we serve.

The performance starts at 7:00 pm so let’s meet in the lobby at 6:30 pm for a meet and greet and to get situated. Seating is general admission. Allow extra time to find parking. Public transit is encouraged or ask us about carpooling.

To check out our events, newcomers pay a registration fee of $10, which includes a pass for 5 free events.
All current members and guests pay a drop-in fee of $2 per event per person.
For unlimited free events, an annual pass of $30 is available. This is the best deal and amounts to only $2.50 per month instead of a toonie each event!!
