Hello Agilistas of Adelaide,

Inspired by the release of the Second Edition of “Creating Great Teams - How Self-Selection Lets People Excel” by Sandy Mamoli and David Mole AND Sandy’s recent keynote at LAST Adelaide 2025 - sharpening up the Collaborative Play Team Self Selection Workshop co-created with Chetan Singh in 2019 and providing the opportunity to experience, experiment and learn about how to create genuine autonomy in your workplace.

This specially run meet-up on Wednesday 30th July hosted at Torrens University promises to be a fun, interactive learning session around self-selecting teams.

Experiential learning workshop which will simulate a team self-selection event based on the book by Sandy Mamoli and David Mole 'Creating Great Teams - How Self-Selection Lets People Excel’. Francesco and Chetan Singh created this workshop in 2019, with guidance from Sandy, and this collaboration will extend into the workshop along with learnings now from the second edition!
