The SaaS Lab - Build, Break, and Go to Market

What does it actually take to turn an idea into a SaaS product people want?

In this hands-on workshop, you won’t sit through slides or theory. You’ll step into a live product lab and build it yourself.

We’ll split into small teams, each taking on a critical part of the product journey:

• Customer & Problem Definition
• Market & Insight Strategy
• Product Experience & Design
• Value, Positioning & Go-To-Market

Each group will define their domain, challenge assumptions, and shape the product in real time. Along the way, you’ll identify gaps, recommend improvements, and make trade-offs just like a real product team.

At the end, each team will demo:

• What they created
• How they approached the problem
• What they would want the product to solve

Expect fast thinking, practical collaboration, and a few moments where things break before they get better.
