Welcome! My name is Steven, and I'm so glad you're here.
For much of my life, my spiritual foundation was rooted in evangelical Christianity. About three years ago, however, my life changed forever through a profound spiritual awakening that was accompanied by a series of mystical dreams, visions, and transformative experiences that completely reshaped my understanding of God, spirituality, and the human journey.

That path led me beyond the boundaries of my own tradition and into the extraordinary wisdom of the world's great contemplative paths. Along the way, I became a practitioner of Kriya Yoga and immersed myself in the study of Christian mysticism, Buddhism, Hinduism, neuroscience, and the practical disciplines that cultivate lasting inner transformation.
What I discovered was that every authentic spiritual tradition points toward the same destination: a direct, lived experience of the Divine expressed through unconditional love, wisdom, compassion, and inner freedom.

That realization gave birth to Ascending Dragons Fellowship.

Our mission is to provide a sacred, practical path of spiritual awakening that bridges the gap between dogmatic religion and unstructured New Age spirituality. We believe there is a beautiful middle path—one that honors the wisdom found within the world's spiritual traditions without requiring anyone to abandon their own faith, beliefs, or background.
We are intentionally non-dogmatic. Whether you are Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, spiritual but not religious, agnostic, or simply curious, you are welcome here.

Our focus is not on convincing one another what to believe. Instead, we seek to cultivate practices that transform the heart, quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and awaken a deeper, experiential relationship with the Divine.
Because ultimately, spiritual maturity is not measured by how much we know or what doctrines we affirm—it is measured by how deeply we embody love, wisdom, peace, humility, compassion, and service.

## What to Expect

Our gatherings are designed to be welcoming, interactive, and deeply practical.
We begin with a time of casual conversation so everyone has an opportunity to connect and get to know one another. From there, we transition into a short period of devotional chants or sacred prayer before moving into guided meditation, breathwork, nervous system regulation practices, or energization exercises that help us become fully present.
Following our practice, I'll offer a brief teaching drawn from Scripture and the timeless wisdom found across the world's contemplative traditions, always emphasizing practical application rather than abstract theory.

Finally, depending on the size of the gathering, we'll either remain together or divide into smaller discussion groups where we'll explore thoughtful questions designed to cultivate greater self-awareness, deeper listening, authentic relationships, and meaningful spiritual growth.

Our hope is that these gatherings become more than another meeting to attend. We hope they become a genuine spiritual community—a place where people can slow down, be fully themselves, practice together, learn together, and encourage one another as we walk the path toward greater peace, presence, and union with the Divine.
