ADHD isn’t just a diagnosis. It’s a whole life inside of us, one that’s often hard to explain, and even harder to understand from the outside.

This community is for anyone who wants to get more done - whether you want to learn more about ADHD - or you want to learn how to make it work better for you.

If you have ADHD, you’ll find a place that gets the parts that don’t usually get airtime: the emotional intensity, the self-doubt, the creativity, the exhaustion, and the rejection sensitivity that makes everything harder.

And if someone you love, work with, or care about has ADHD, you’ll find real insight here — not just a list of symptoms, but what it actually feels like from the inside out.

I’m Beth, an ADHD advocate and RSD specialist with over 40 years in the trenches — first as a tech executive learning to survive my own brain, and now as someone who gets to help others understand theirs. This group is an extension of that work.

You'll find workshops, support groups, body doubling sessions, and conversations designed for the parts of ADHD that rarely make it into a brochure. Some events are free. Some carry a small fee that helps keep things going. All are designed with ADHD brains in mind.
