I have spent my entire life saying habits are just not my thing. And it's true. I don't even have a morning routine! I even put my makeup on in a different order from day to day. But just the same, habit stacking is how I get things done now. Learn this really helpful way of looking at managing motivation and initiation as someone with ADHD and let's brainstorm some new patterns you can try out.
This is an incredibly helpful tool for building routines and putting some decisions and tasks on autopilot!
This meeting will start with a presentation on the topic and then we will open the floor to discussion with the group where we can talk about our experiences. Ideally everyone will walk away with actionable items and maybe even one new habit they are going to try out.
