We will guide you through a calming meditation practice while walking through the serene surroundings of the park. It's a great way to clear your mind, reduce stress, and find inner peace.
No experience with meditation is necessary, just come with an open mind and comfortable shoes. Let's walk together and find stillness in motion.
At the end we will make a check-in circle and light practice from authentic relating.
