Algonquin Provincial Park Camping Trip, First planning meeting

We are planning a week long excursion into one of Canadas premier paddling locations, Algonquin Park. This will be the first of a series of meetings, that will discuss expectations, rules, logistics, dates and routes.

This first meeting is informational, we are going to meet at peddlers in Clifton Park, our traditional planning meeting location, for lunch. There we will be discussing where we are going, determing a time line, going over how the reservation system works and discussing rules and expectations. I have some route plans ready and will discuss them, but I don’t plan on picking a specific route at this meeting.

The party limitation for the actual camping trip is 9 people, however for this first meeting all are welcome to attend to ask and answer questions. Future meetings will be set to a 9 person limit. Additionally, I am posting this to both Meetup groups I run, but future meetings will only be posting to Capital District paddlers and Adventurers.
