CURTIS PARK ADU OPEN HOUSE
One of Denver’s most historic accessory dwelling units is open to ADU4U guests. This ADU has been voted Best AirBnB in the state of Colorado by Architectural Digest and generates approximately $5,000 in monthly short term rental income. This was an 1882 carriage house that has been converted into an ADU oozing with character. Because this ADU was built before Denver's ADU zoning code was in existence, ADU4U was brought in to make upgrades to bring the unit up to code this year.
