What we’re about
Our group is open to all adults (18 and above) with ADD/ADHD who are willing to share and support one another.
Whether you are diagnosed with ADD/ADHD or suspect to have it, you are welcome to join our group.
The monthly group meetings are facilitated by an adult peer with ADD/ADHD. We will focus on a certain topic that is relevant to the challenges we are facing.
To ensure the confidentiality of our members, this group is not open to the professionals or students who want to learn about ADD/ADHD,
Our members will also be invited to join our Facebook closed group to update on some relevant articles and information.
