Join us for Adult Lyrical & Contemporary Dance! This class blends expressive movement, musicality, and technique in a supportive, welcoming environment. Dancers will explore fluid movement, storytelling through dance, balance, flexibility, and choreography inspired by contemporary and lyrical styles.

Whether you're returning to dance after years away or trying something new for the first time, all experience levels are welcome.
