Adult Recess is for anyone who wants to come and play active lively games where you get to know people in an easy fun way! Come solo, with your partner, or with your BFF! Come to make new friends and connections.
The activities are thoughtfully curated to create organic interactions through ice breaker games and playful competitions. Mingling through group games that encourage exploration, curiosity, and self expression is a great way to break down barriers, build rapport, and encourage genuine connections. The games are silly mixes between old recess games we all grew up with and teambuilding games you may have played at the office! They are creative and help you learn about what you all have in common!
These aren't games like board games or sports-- think more like Reverse Charades, Relay Races with a twist, Pictionary where you are drawing your biggest fear or favorite foods-- all games are unique twists on traditional games, or entirely MADE UP by the host, and all aim to help you get to know others more while having fun!
Sharon is your Gamestress and her intention is to bring people together in real life, get off zoom, get off apps, and meet in person & play! We are all human need connection! Hopefully everyone makes new friends in the end!
Cost is $20 for 3 hour time slot of RECESS! Just come as you are, be yourself, and let Sharon lead the play!
