About us
Adult Social Lab is a space for neurodivergent adults (18–40) who want to meet people, better understand themselves, and make navigating adult life a little easier.
Twice a month, we’ll get together and dig into things that actually come up in our lives—making friends, executive functioning, communication, burnout, boundaries, self-advocacy, and figuring out what being neurodivergent looks like for you.
Some nights we’ll talk, some nights we’ll make or cook something, play games, try an activity, or practice a skill. The point is to learn something useful, connect with other people, and hopefully enjoy yourself while you’re here.
I’m Crys, a neurodivergent mental health professional, and I facilitate each Lab with enough structure to make it useful without making it feel like a class or therapy.
90 minutes | $25–$35 sliding scale | No formal diagnosis required
