Adult Social Lab is a 10-week community group for neurodivergent adults ages 18–40, facilitated by neurodivergent professionals with backgrounds in social work, mental health, and disability services.

Through thoughtful conversation, engaging activities, and shared experiences, we explore:

• Communication & boundaries
• Burnout & self-advocacy
• Executive functioning
• Friendships & relationships
• Shared interests & creativity
