### Skill Evaluation Criteria
★ Technical form is a key indicator of skill
Evaluation Points:
• Trained by a proper coach
• Ability to receive while in motion (e.g., dive, spinning)
• Accuracy and consistency in A–B passing drills
Note:
A tall player with powerful spikes but undeveloped form is not classified as an experienced player in the group.
If you haven’t played with a team with a proper coach at least three years, it might be probably too difficult for you.
