Conversation and Presentation with Mark Krawczuk (Lost Horizon Night Market)

Join us on August 6th for a conversation and presentation with Mark Krawczuk, a creative instigator with a long history of inventive and preposterous ideas made real. Mark is best known as the creator of the "nocturnal art carnival" that is the Lost Horizon Night Market.

But Mark has also assembled an extensive portfolio of cross-cultural happenings, most recently in "You've Got my Eyes", a Blade-Runner-meets-science-fair-meets-dance-party, the "Cardboard Animal Parade", a public intervention of radically accessible art, and a rogue karaoke party at Stern Grove. Mark is going to talk about expanding the community of immersive and participatory art to include those not normally seen.
