This experience is designed for people who want to reconnect with their bodies and experience Santa Barbara beyond the surface! Throughout the trip, I’ll be guiding yoga, breathwork, and meditation—everything is beginner-friendly and meant to help you feel more present and relaxed.

We’ll explore some of the most special parts of the area together, including a trip to Channel Islands National Park. We’ll also soak in local hot springs, take a sunrise pier walk, and visit my favorite local yoga studio to experience the Santa Barbara yoga community.

This micro-retreat is intentionally capped at four. The goal is to keep things intimate, fun, and real—so we can actually connect with each other, not just pass through as a group of strangers.

We’ll be staying just a 4-minute walk from the beach, leaving plenty of room for beach time!

I love Santa Barbara and can’t wait to show you around my hometown. There’s so much beauty here, and we’ll spend plenty of time outside soaking it in.

Lunch and dinner aren’t included, but don’t worry—I know all the good, affordable spots. We’ll hit Trader Joe’s for picnic supplies and eat with ocean or mountain views whenever we can. As a local, I’ve got the inside scoop, so you’ll get to experience the best spots here, mixed in with yoga and meditation along the way!
