Trek For Hope was established in 2013 to provide opportunities to families that are struggling to survive in their own communities. As adventurers, trekkers, and photographers, we often noticed that the intense beauty of a community attracted many visitors to villages throughout the world, yet the people in those villages did not have enough money to feed their children.
Each footstep we leave is a legacy and the legacy of Trek For Hope is to provide the basic essentials that a village may not have.
Our Trek For Hope has received coverage on major publications like The Straits Times, U-Weekly, Zaobao, Singapore International Magazine, and What’s Up.
If outdoor adventures and volunteering work are your passion, we invite you to join us in our next Hope Trek!
We also have a Facebook community called The Adventure Village created in 2015 to provide our "Villagers" with updates about charitable work, activities, and it served as a place where those who participated in events could connect and share photos or start discussions.

Ending Point: Harbourfront MRT Station
Target to end between 11 - 11:30am
Estimated distance: Approx 7kmIf you are beginner and training for overseas hiking, please carry a day bag with at least 3 to 5kg.
Items to bring:
- Wear comfortable walking shoes
- Sufficient water
- Hat / Cap
- Sunglasses
- Raincoat / Umbrella
- Snacks for refuelAdditional Notes:
- Do have some breakfast before the walk.
- There will be water refill point and toilet along the way.
- In case of bad weather, any change of plans will be announced on the morning of the walk.
- We will not be able to wait for late-comers.
- Participants can leave anytime during the walk, but please do inform event host.
- Do update your RSVP at least 24 hours in advance if you can’t make it anymore so that people on the waiting list can attend.

Bukit Kutu
Bukit Kutu is a mountain near Kuala Kubu Bharu on the way to Fraser’s Hill. At 1,053m, it is a popular weekend climbing spot, offering stunning views of the Titiwangsa range and Kuala Kubu Bharu dam from the summit.The trek begins at a local village and follows a path that transitions from paved road to a more rugged, natural trail. The route crosses several water features, including bridges and streams, and progresses through varying terrain. The ascent culminates in a steep climb along a clearly defined path, leading towards the summit.
Height : 1053 masl
Distance : estimate 6.5 km one way
Hours : estimate 3-4 hours ( one way up )
Grade : 5/6 ( scale 1easy to 10difficult )
Easy-Medium hike with 1 river crossing knee level (recommended to take of shoes)
Nice 180-degree view ( Subject to weather conditions )
Good for those who have done beginner hikes and are keen to upgrade to a slightly challenging hikeBukit Batu Belah and Bukit Batu Pahat
Short hike to Bukit Batu Belah and Bukit Batu Pahat , where the paragliders begin their activities. The summits are not far apart and are not at high altitudes; however, it is a steep climb.
