The Hike:

We will be walking through Weydown Common, and then into the woodlands up to the top of Gibbets Hill with stunning 180 veiws looking over the surrounding farms and woods toward Wormley,
We then follow the path walking the ridge of the Devils punch bowl north towards Little Cowdry farm.

We then head back via hind head, with the best view of the Punch bowl at Hindhead common. On a clear day you can see it is possible to see the London skyline in the distance.

This walk offers a lovely mix of farmland, woodlands and heathland. It is easy terrain with hills. (Although can be muddy this time of year). We may see ponies and cattle grazing on the scrub.
